Main structure and working principle

By adjusting the number of the additional blocks, the excitation force of the vibration motor can be adjusted in stages.
The vibration motor is energized and rotated, which drives the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor shaft to generate an inertial excitation force. This force is a space turning force and its amplitude is Fm.

应存放在室内，室内空气应干燥，没有不良气体，温度应在露点以上5 ℃ ，相对湿度不超过50%，电机应保持平放。 The vibration motor should be stored indoors. The indoor air should be dry and free of harmful gases. The temperature should be 5 ℃ above the dew point and the relative humidity should not exceed 50%. The motor should be kept flat. Vibration motor should be properly maintained during storage. Rotate the rotor shaft of the motor for several revolutions every month, and regularly check the antirust and moisture of the vibration motor.
Installation of vibration motor
The connecting planes of the vibration motor and the vibration machine are all finished with a smooth surface. The flatness should meet the level 9 tolerance requirements of Appendix 1 of GB1184-79. The strength of the foot mounting or flange mounting bolts must not be less than 8.8. The vibration motor must be firmly installed on the vibration machine, and the loose flange bolts at the feet should use the anti-loosening device. When tightening, use a torque wrench to tighten to the following torque:

The above procedure should be repeated after running for another two hours, and then the foot or flange bolts should be checked every two to four hours for two days, and then every four to six weeks.
振动电机 的损坏常由安装螺栓紧固不当引起。 Note: The tightening torque and inspection procedure of the mounting bolts of the vibration motor are very important for the protection of the motor . Damage to the vibration motor is often caused by improper tightening of the mounting bolts.
