1. The vibration motor is a vibration source that combines the power source and the excitation source. Before installation, it is necessary to check the installation position of the vibration motor and the plane of the vibration mechanical connection. The plane roughness should be 3.2 or higher. The strength of the mounting bolts at the feet Must be at least 8.8. The lifting hole of the vibration motor can be used during the lifting process of the vibration motor. After the vibration motor is installed, the cumulative operation for 100 hours is the initial operation period. During the initial operation period, the foot bolts should be tightened once per shift.
2. Adjustment of excitation force:
① Remove the protective cover; ② Loosen the clamping bolts on the outer eccentric block; ③ The eccentric blocks on both sides should rotate in the same direction so that the engraved line on the shaft is aligned with the engraved line on the eccentric block to the required excitation force ; ④ Tighten the eccentric block bolt and install the protective cover.
3. The output cable of the vibration motor is more demanding because it has to withstand vibration. A heavy four-core cable should be used. It should not be suddenly bent near the cable outlet. It must have a bending radius that is 8-9 times larger than the outer diameter of the cable. Secure the cable to a stationary machine or frame. The distance is approximately 0.6 to 0.9 meters. The clips holding the cables should be cushioned with soft insulating material to avoid friction damage to the cables. One end of the ground wire of the four-core cable is connected to the ground screw in the junction box, and the other end must be reliably grounded. Small model vibration motor, no junction box on the housing, use heavy three-core cable to connect directly from inside the motor. A grounding screw is installed near the foot of the motor, and it must be reliably grounded during use.
In addition, it should be noted that the outgoing cable of the vibration motor is a wearing part, which is often damaged by vibration and friction, which causes the motor to run out of phase and damage the motor. The user should check the condition of the cable frequently, and replace the same type of cable in time if it is worn.
